PRISMA connects cooperation between market participants and local governments to create synergies between government programs and the target market of private companies. This effort is expected to reach farmers appropriately to increase their productivity and income.

PRISMA facilitates collaboration between private partners and the government to support a government program called the Sustainable Food Home Area (KRPL). The partnership aims to promote the use of the yard and encourage the productivity of housewives and Women Farmers' Group (Kelompok Wanita Tani or KWT) in East Java, West Nusa Tenggara, and East Nusa Tenggara in gaining access to capital, quality seeds, technical equipment, good agricultural practices, more efficient mentoring and marketing program.

Meanwhile, in Madura, PRISMA facilitates government and private partnerships in the distribution of quality hybrid corn seeds through an appropriate marketing strategy and does not overlap with government subsidy programs.

In the second phase, public-private cooperation will continue under other sectors based on commodities.
